Delete Your Account

You can permanently remove your Hanzijo account and all associated data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  1. Open Hanzijo and go to Settings.
  2. Tap AccountDelete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and learning data are scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@hanzijo.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify and process your request.

What gets deleted: your account, profile, learning progress, review history, test scores and any saved collections. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel any subscription in your App Store account settings before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
